How quickly can you onboard a new client?+
Most clients are fully set up within 7-10 business days. We start with a free exploration call, then take care of QuickBooks Online setup or cleanup before our first close.
Do I need QuickBooks Online?+
We're Gold Level QuickBooks ProAdvisors and work exclusively in QuickBooks Online — and as a client, you're eligible for a 30% ongoing discount on your QBO subscription through our ProAdvisor account.
Will you work with my CPA at tax time?+
Absolutely. Year-end coordination with your CPA is included in every package. We hand them a clean trial balance, reconciled accounts, and answers to any open questions.
What if my books are a mess?+
That's where we shine. Cleanup is a one-time engagement priced separately, and most cleanups take 2-4 weeks before we move you into a monthly package.
Can I cancel any time?+
Yes. Our agreements are month-to-month with 30 days notice. We earn your trust every month — never lock you in.
